Has been designed in order to enable the dyeing of knitted and woven-fabrics with low or high unit in the most desirable way, and thanks to the shortened dyeing processed utillized, the daily production capacity of dyeing plants has been increased by %50. Is suited to the dyeing of cotton, polyester, nylon, microfiber, asetat, acrylic, Lycra� and mixed fabrics, where the ideal finishing and dyeing processes are performed by means of PLC's coupled into the system, while the manually performed operations are recorded by the memory commands. This enables the repeating of dyeing recipes and the statistical breakdown of associated processes. And the all kinds of physical effects that might be produced on the fabrics may be kept within ideal ranges due to use of control devices there by preventing the fabrics to be subjected to effect such as color variation, color aberration, tufting, piling, rubbing etc. The reserve tank provided in the middle of the HT Dyeing Boilers is heated by means of serpantine system, ensuring the continuos supply of water at desired temperature in the reserve tank. The boiler is equipped with three pressure relief system, namely a pressure relief valve, a check valve and an electronic Danfoss� valve. A vacuum breaking apparatus is also provided as a part of the system to provide protection against any pressure-related problems that migth arise. The pressure values of closed system are measured by the manometers operating at the range of 0-4 bars. The cover system are provided with claws, clamps, a pressure control valve and a locking device at temperatures above 80�C.
